18(1)A spouse is equally entitled to any right of possession the other spouse has in a marital home, subject to an order for exclusive possession under section 23 and subject to the provisions of a domestic contract.

18(2)Subject to an order of the Court under section 23 and subject to the provisions of a domestic contract, the right of a spouse to possession by virtue of subsection (1) terminates on the spouse ceasing to be a spouse.
